Vera's CBD cream is applied thinly to the affected joints once or twice daily and gently massaged in. According to the user instructions, DMSO should be used as a supportive measure to accelerate the process. DMSO should be applied starting with a 20-40% dilution, and the concentration can be gradually increased. The advantage of combining it with DMSO lies in the transport of the active ingredients deeper into the tissue.
