The mini-me inside me
Most people have repeatedly read from me that the cream was developed according to a different understanding of cells, and the term epigenetics kept coming up.
A lofty term that actually encompasses a great deal, yet isn't that difficult to understand. However, I need to elaborate a bit, and I ask for the indulgence of some readers in advance, as I will likely shake up their worldview somewhat. It's unavoidable.
Until now, we only knew that the body is a body, that it can be either healthy or sick, and that it has to function—nothing more. As children, we were bombarded with cell biology at school, only to be allowed, thankfully, to forget everything we learned at some point (btw... that's what happened to me with math 😊).
Thankfully, scientists have since recognized and discovered that the body is far more than Darwin (with his theory of "survival of the fittest") intended to convey with his theory of evolution. And eventually, to cut a long story short, epigenetics developed: the study of external influences on cells.
Thus, the idea that cells are merely a collection of small round, elongated, twisted, or extended parts of our body, which do indeed have a metabolism that serves the greater whole, contain DNA and RNA for genetic predispositions, and on which we depend in our lives, but nothing more, gradually crumbled.
So much for "nothing more"!!
Bruce Lipton, whom I recently mentioned in a book recommendation here, calls every cell a mini-human.
I, on the other hand, prefer to say Mini-Me <3
Mini-Me's
Approximately 50-80 trillion of them. Tiny mini-humans that make up our bodies. All happily united. One mini-me group pulls the tendons, the next flips the lever for the joint, another sits in the switchboard and transmits commands from above, ensuring that every mini-me knows what to do, right down to the tips of our toes. In short... a superbly functioning little state.
But what does this have to do with epigenetics, and what exactly is epigenetics?
Epigenetics is the external influence on our body, that is, on each individual cell.
It doesn't exist? Oh yes, it does. Now take a moment to listen to your inner voice, or rather, to feel it.
Do you know that feeling? When you find yourself in a situation where words fail you, and it literally makes your hair stand on end? Or gives you goosebumps? These are external influences that cause the cells on your skin to react by raising their hairs as a defense mechanism.
Defense... so a protective mechanism. But let's stay with the skin for a moment, since that's what Vera's cream is all about. The skin is the largest organ if we consider ourselves as a whole nation with many mini-mes. And indeed, every mini-me has skin.
The largest organ surrounding them. Like the one on our entire body. Every mini-me reacts to stimuli through its own skin. It can distinguish between warm and cold, dry and wet, irritating and soothing, and even good and not good.
AND... they react to feelings. Everyone knows that. When I get scared and anxious, my stomach tightens, my heart beats faster, I breathe faster, and I break out in a sweat. And now imagine... How many little mini-mes in your heart have to start moving for the whole thing to even beating?
Have you ever thought about this? Up until now, it's always been said... well, that's the adrenaline rush. But adrenaline is just a hormone, a neurotransmitter. It's like a fax that's routed through the switchboard to each individual in a group, so they have to perform at their peak because there is, or could be, danger. And who sent this danger?
The outside!!
But it gets even better. Much, much better.
Until now, it was believed that all our functions were controlled by the brain, and that the brain was the control center for all activities. This was partly true.
Epigeneticists have determined that the brain (the gray matter beneath the skull; in a mini-me, it's supposedly the cell nucleus) is responsible for hormonal release. In other words, it writes the faxes that are then frantically sent back and forth through the body's ether. So, it's the central office for written communication, with departments for seeing, hearing, moving, speaking, thinking... and many additional smaller offices.
But who tells the head office what to put in the fax? Who is the real boss of the entire company, the ultimate guru of all the mini-mes?
Can you figure this out yourselves?
————————-
The real power behind it all, the actual brain, is the skin!!!
And not just the skin you can see from the outside, but also the skin that surrounds every single cell!!!!
(Perhaps you'd like to read Bruce Lipton's book "The Biology of Belief" now. It's worth it.)
The esteemed Bruce, for example, discovered in his own studies that single-celled organisms (bacteria and the like) can receive impulses from the outside through their membrane, i.e., their cell membrane, to move to where they can find food and possibly a sheltered environment (i.e., a body) in order to reproduce. This is the moment of infection. He was also able to remove the previously known, supposed brain of cells, the nucleus, and the cells continued to react to their environment. Adapted and appropriate.
He also bombarded these "brainless" cells with gamma rays or exposed them to toxic chemicals, only to discover that they transformed themselves in a flash into the immune system's garbage collectors, clearing away what didn't belong there. This provided the proof—and Jirtl and Waterland later took it much further—that the cell is not dependent on its nucleus, but that every single microscopic cell reacts to environmental stimuli. Just like us!
Triggered by external stimuli, absorbed through the skin, transmitted to the deepest interior... Mediated by the central office, which first receives the information via the skin.
Wow, I'm wearing my brain on the outside. Can you imagine the look on my face back then? I think you look like you do now. But you know what's so great about this story? I don't need to provide any proof, because each of you has your own skin. Your own well-functioning brain. You know how to react to certain stimuli. The only difference now is…
You might see it differently from today onwards 😊
However, there are now conditions we are familiar with that have become unbalanced: skin problems, inner discomfort, illnesses of all kinds.
Now you'll rightly say: "Yes, but wait a minute, it can't all come from the outside." But it can... because they are stimuli. And if my boss keeps signaling to me internally that there's imminent danger, then at some point I'll constantly prepare myself for danger. Everyone understands that this isn't a healthy state.
Let's get back to the cream.
It contains substances that are already given to pregnant women to ensure the proper closure of the neural horn. This is, simply put, the spinal cord, which is surrounded by... that's right, a membrane. To help this membrane form, pregnant women are given, for example, high doses of folic acid and vitamin B12, also known as cyanocobalamin, for the benefit of their unborn child – two important components of the cream.
Now this cream is applied externally and delivered to the top boss of internal cell clusters.
And since everyone communicates with each other, ensuring that everything functions smoothly and normally within the healthy collective, both above and below, inside and out, the application of these substances signals from the outside, via fax to the mini-mes inside: danger averted, because I am fine. The skin has been restored, the brain is satisfied, and everyone breathes a sigh of relief.
(In this context, the history of the cream's creation, which you can already find in the files, and the principle of the 5 pillars, may also be of interest).
Some of you might have questions now. If it's that simple, why do I still have external conditions that look like ulcers, which turn out to be tumors or even cancer? Why won't my skin heal?
The answer is the same here as well. Because it's triggered from the outside. Constantly exposing oneself to stimuli simply doesn't bring any good. And that doesn't just apply to mechanical stimuli; it also includes emotional aspects that have a significant influence on us.
Fear eats away at the soul... In this case, for example, at the skin.
These conditions are still known to the common people, and we constantly repeat them, yet are rarely aware of them.
I'm fed up.
I was furious.
I racked my brains over it.
When I see that, it makes my blood boil.
Etc. etc.………..
Therefore, most chronic conditions are actually due to emotional states that act like a creeping poison.
But hey... the cream has no emotions.
That's true, and that's a good thing, but it also constantly triggers from the outside by adding nutrients that repeatedly begin their work.
I hope you've gained some understanding so far of what epigenetics actually is. It's not a new approach, it's simply a different way of thinking. It's a return to what we might call observing ourselves.
For anyone with questions on this topic who wants to delve deeper, I highly recommend Bruce Lipton's books. There's no easier way to understand your inner workings.
Therefore, the cream is not a miracle, but logical.
I wish you all a time full of understanding for your being, good health and above all joy with the creams.
Do you have any questions? You know where I am.
Yours, Vera
