My gelding has had a superficial crack in his hoof for about three years. It hasn't changed much, and we haven't been able to achieve any improvements through different hoof trimming.
So I tried the cream (I actually bought it for two small sarcoids and warts – we're still waiting for a breakthrough) after reading that it helped with cracked fingernails.

Applied approximately 2-3 times per week
I find it simply impressive.
