I would now like to share our experience with VERAS CREME.
This is our dog grandma Stina.
She will be 15 years old in June.
After having her anal glands expressed at the vet on Monday three weeks ago, she became quite restless two days later…
After further examination, a "vaginal-perineal tumor" was diagnosed, apparently fast-growing, because it was apparently not palpable on Monday….
We were determined not to subject her to surgery anymore. So I wrote to Vera (we've known each other for a very long time) asking for her advice.
Some of her cream was still left, and on her advice, I applied it to my vagina for several days.
Our old lady then decided to go into heat, and it seemed likely that this might have been related…
After this heat cycle, she suddenly had a really bad day, which seemed like a stomach bug… with all its symptoms !
In the days that followed, it started bleeding a little again, dark red with pus in it… on Vera's advice to wait a bit, it stopped yesterday.
We went to the vet again today and he confirmed what we had hoped for, but somehow hadn't really expected...
The swelling is significantly reduced by the cream; there are now only two small lumps, which are still bloody/purulent, but according to the doctor, they don't necessarily have to be malignant...
We are so happy!
No one knows how long she'll be able to stay, but for now she's doing much better. We're still diligently applying the cream... finally on the right track...
